What does this site have to do with "Aiken Life"?

   As a congregation of Christians, our primary responsibility is to present the truth of God's inspired word to the community we live in. Jesus, in Mark 16:15 left instructions for us to "go" into the world for the singular purpose of delivering the truth to all who are in need of it. This site is intended to be a window to the truth for anyone who is willing to see it and respond in obedience.

   In John 14:6 Jesus proclaimed "I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life; no man cometh to the Father, but by me".  

   By providing this window to the truth it is our hope that many in this community and others will find the "way" that Jesus spoke of, and as a result experience the life that God intended for man, life eternal. We work in Aiken County, hence the name- Aiken Life 

   On this site you will find articles, studies, and interactive helps that are objective and honest. They are not designed to persuade you to become any particular "type" of Christian, just a follower of Christ and a child of God in the same sense that so many were in the very first recorded instances of the birth of the church in the book of Acts. Please take advantage of what you find here with an honest heart and an open Bible. Compare what you find here to what you find in God's word, and when you see the need for change in your life don't hesitate to ask us for assistance. We are here to study with you and encourage you in your understanding of God's will for your life. Take your time, look around-- it will be very well spent.
